Cancellation Policy
If you fail to show up for your appointment and you have not called to cancel that is considered a no call no show. If you do not call to cancel and you do not show up for your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. This is non negotiable. We also allow a 10 minute window for lateness. After 10 minutes you will be charged $5 per every 5 minutes up to $20. After a half hour from your scheduled time you will need to reschedule your appointment so that we may adhere to our very tight schedules. Please contact your stylist if you will be late or leave a voicemail.
